How many tower cranes will there be in Waterloo Region in 2011?

Ok everyone, let's do this poll again this year (see 2010 poll). However, this year, I've included higher numbers as voting options!

Which projects will we see add a crane in 2011? How many will it be by year end? Discuss!

Poll Rules:

All existing cranes will be factored in as the minimum value (8) in the poll (see list below).
New tower crane additions in 2011 will be added to the minimum existing value.
Cranes that are assembled and dismantled within 2011 count.
Existing cranes that are dismantled in 2011 count.
Cranes that have been dismantled in 2010 do not count (i.e. the42).

Eight Existing Tower Cranes (as of December 30, 2010):

EDIT: UrbanWaterloo informed me that the ROW Manitou Biosolids Dewatering Facility crane was taken down earlier this year. This leaves us with 8 existing cranes.

On the bright side, we have the buildings on Water Street being gutted to within an inch of their lives to be made habitable again. Once we have those fixed up and filled the demand will grow for more units (and they can't bulldoze some potential sites fast enough).

You can add the massive restoration of Main Street currently underway to that. There's plenty happening in Cambridge to be excited about. Personally, I'd much rather have an enlivened, repopulated Main Street than almost anything on that list.

That's what I meant. Don't know where I got Water Street from; the buildings there are doing well for the most part (Cambridge Place excepted). How can you tell I need sleep?

The weather hasn't been co-operating for this shot lately and it's also been getting dark fairly early. You can actually see 5 cranes clearly from the Bauer Lofts, so if anyone with a professional camera wants to go up and snap photos just send me a PM.

The list are the cranes that were up at some point in 2011, not necessarily right now, we do need to edit the ones at the top of the page.

I think the ones at the courthouse and at westmount grand are down too.
