That is what I mean, yes.

Windows are being installed. Here's a few pics during the Oktoberfest Parade...

I'm astounded at the speed of construction with this. The site had nothing in January. And now they're installing windows and the brick facade facing King Street.

When a developer has an aggressive (and real) timeline, they will do anything to achieve their goals... even if it means stepping over everyone at City Hall. I wish there were more strong developers like Momentum around.

Excellent update! A great mixed-use project for Uptown and I think it will look quite handsome when all is said and done!

Awesome update! It's coming along nicely! I can't tell from the above shots... is the roof still going to consist of two angled planes or is it now a flat roof? (I hope they kept the design from the rendering!).

Nice to see both the modernity of glass as well as the quality/substantial quality that brick gives to a project.

The angle is still there. I think it's more subtle than the render, but it's still just the steel framing, so that may change (or it may be an illusion).

Man....Momentum is an awesome developer. Talk about knowing exactly what to build and when to build it.

I think the brick work looks good, however, the colour seems a little plain.

I like the "stone" sills and lintels around the windows, but I agree about the brick colour. It seems caught somwhere between red and brown, but we'l see what the finished product looks like.

If I remember correctly I had bet someone a beer in a friendly wager two years ago that this development would be completed by December 2012, which seemingly it won't be. Does any one out there remember the details?

If it's your wager, and you stand to gain, you best have the link to the post yourself!
