    Very true. I do wish that development at King & University had gone ahead though; that would've at least offered some more amenities for these towers. Now they're stuck with a giant water-filled pit and an old strip plaza!

    The Map that the City is Using Monday's Agenda is inaccurate. There will be no single house between these two developments. It will be one monstrosity next to the other....

    This area of King from Wilfred Laurier to Columbia is going to be something to see once all these marvels are complete. The Stucco Skyscrapper city.

    There's still a few spots along that stretch that can see decent developments. Fingers crossed for mixed usage and/or something of high density that is NOT a student stucco structure.

    These cookie cutter boxes look horrible - wish the city had higher standards wrt allowing someone to reuse the same basic design over and over...
  21. This guy and it's neighbour are at least more interesting than the blights Schembri is imposing upon us.
