One thing I've always found odd about this project is that there isn't a clear, direct connection between it and the future hub. I'd really like to see the little sliver of parking fronting king turned into a parkette/gateway connection the entrances to the buildings and the street onto which many of them will walk/bike along to get to the site in the first place.
Not only would that be good for the people working there, but also for the people passing by. I'll bet a bit of interesting street presence would make this space even more desirable to potential tenants than it already appears to be.
