Old Galt is certainly blowing up as far as condo's are concerned. I wonder how the Blacksmith lofts will look/feel directly behind the lifestyle community being developed by Season's Retirement Communties.

As for the project - I agree with Waterlooian - it looks great. Loads of potential.

That one doesn't ring a bell. Does it have a thread?

Any one have an idea what units range from price wise and when the sales start? or if they have already started?

Good thing the area will soon be served by the LRT. I can now see the definite link between a proposed LRT and condo development.

There's a sales trailer on site. Units are starting just under $200k. I'm not sure what kind of sales activity they've had.

I hope the addition of condo's and LRT help revitalized the commercial and retail side of Old Galt. The area is beautiful geographically and could really become something special.

Thanks for the info. Was hoping the smaller units would be around the 180's range so under $200k is good news.

It doesn't look like much has happened there in a little while...

The website does have a new render, though - looks like the awning will be rebuilt.
