I would like to see this happen. As someone who lives in the Kaufman lofts, I was really hoping for more retail at the Tannery. Although, since its google, I won't complain that much.

Completely agree. This project is awesome.

It's definitely a good location for a Cinema with the mall, LRT/Bus terminal and residential areas close by. It's also close to highway.. But is there really a need for another one of these in KW...

I really don't see the big concern about this site. Yes it has been known for some shady activity. But there are a lot of pluses: beautiful re-landscaped park, iron horse trail, close to future...

Yeah they repainted the facade as well (bridgeport and caroline facing). I think it looks a lot better. Was never a fan of the purple.
