Honey Bake Shop recently opened its doors. It resides in the King St. building with Starbucks, American Apparel, and Iris.

As sad as it is, the only positive for this building is the incorporation of balconies. Far too many buildings in this area don't have balconies or they have those horrible Juliet balconies.

I have to agree with SP!RE on this one. I love the large windows in the newly proposed development but I have no idea what they were thinking on the ground level.

That's weird. I've heard stories that current tenants are paying around $550 per month which is south of what they were originally slated to be. My mistake.

I wasn't talking about potential redevelopments/improvements, I was talking about its current state. Most of the retail spots in that area aren't open beyond 10pm anyways and I can't imagine demand...

I think SunLife sharing their parking would pose so many problems though. As it stands, people who even have gym memberships in their facility can't even park there due to the massive waiting list...
