Just checked out the website - looks like a nice development that will add a little density to the area.

When I lived in Kitchener it was during the period when the library was considered for the Centre Block area....and of course that didn't happen. Great to see its present site get a much needed...

Kitchener was featured on the Vancouver news as the job hot spot in Canada. If that continues I could be tempted back as housing cost out here are insane. Mind you, KW is not cheap either...at least...

Nice development. I always liked Belmont Village area for its location and atmosphere. Its one of the less pedestrian hostile areas of town. I'd live there.

This building seems to be progressing fast....whereas other developments seem to take forever. Mind you, the fit out of this complex could last until 2013. Seems taller than 7 levels but I suppose...
