CTC Community Building Strategy

Waterloo Region invites the community to attend a series of public open houses to review and comment on the DRAFT Community Building Strategy. Included in the document are: a more focused vision for the Central Transit Corridor and how it will grow and change as the Region’s rapid transit system is implemented; snapshots of the rapid transit station areas that highlight current conditions and how each station could influence the surrounding community; 69 place-specific initiatives where unique opportunities exist for investment and development; and recommended steps for implementing the Community Building Strategy.
