Adele leaves 91.5 for 96.7

Adele Newton a local DJ made popular on 'The Morning Show' on 91.5 The Beat will have a new home next week.

Newton is leaving The Beat to join 96.7 CHYM FM. She will host a show from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. starting Monday January 24th.

The move will be a change for Newton. A new station, a new style of music, a new time slot. According to her Twitter feed, a "new life."

The addition gives CHYM a strong line up of shows starting the day with George and Tara in the Morning and now with Adele in the afternoon.
