We are replacing half of the residential apartments with open plan commecial office space on the second floor. Main floor commercial is home to 515 Concert club. Live Music (Rock) every Friday and Saturday.

I would love to see what you guys plan to do with this space! I live just a kilometer up the road from here and I think Hespeler is a very beautiful part of Cambridge and has a tonne of potential!!

I am so excited to see more and more people turning around downtown Hespeler after so many decades of neglect. :RpS_thumbup:

There's some cool interior walls (lower images) in this building. The restoration is scheduled to be completed in May.

Here's an update on the restoration at the Hespeler Hotel. Balcony is almost finished!

Night time in Hespeler just got a little bit brighter. New lighting just finished at the Hespeler Hotel :RpS_thumbup:

Wow, it has come a long way since Doors Open 2010. I hope they are involved in this year's Doors Open. I'd love to see the progress on the interior!

Balcony and front facade restoration is finally finished at the Olde Hespeler Hotel.

Thanks to the City of Cambridge and the Region of Waterloo Heritage Foundation for the financial support to see this project completed!
