Perhaps premature as the developer hasn't put anything forward to City Council (to my knowledge) and they are still seeking tenants for the industrial property that is there currently, but definitely a development to keep an eye on.

Is this actually a proposal though, or just what COULD be built there?

Should be interesting to see how this pans out. Lots of surface parking, but at least it's tucked in the back.

Lots of 4 bedroom units, but mixed in with 2 bedrooms which is alright. I wish they would mix the 2 and 4 bedroom units on each floor though.

Lots of density for the location, and allows for a future smaller project in front of it along University.

Where did it say that they were still hoping to fill the industrial part? Maybe I missed that.

What could be built. The owner is selling the site.
