That's the old pre 1988 bus terminal on duke street. The consolidated courthouse is currently under construction on that property. You can also see Market Square's parking garage in the video.

Yeah, I vaguely remember that terminal. It was extremely small and on cold or rainy nights you would be shoulder to shoulder in the tiny terminal building. Also vaguely remember that "Get around gang" jingle...I think they used it for quite a while.
