The Honourable John Wilkinson, Ontario Minister of the Environment will accompany Mr. Dave Sprinkle, Executive Vice-President of Safety-Kleen Systems Inc. in breaking ground on a $26 million expansion of Safety-Kleen Canada Inc.’s Breslau, Ontario, used oil re-refinery. The expansion of Canada’s largest used motor oil re-refinery will increase the facility’s processing capacity by 25 percent, from 152 million to 191 million liters of used oil annually.

The investment represents one of the largest investments in Ontario’s Green Economy in 2010 and will increase waste diversion while significantly reducing resource consumption and greenhouse gases in Ontario.
