Does anyone have any photos of the old Tien Hoa restaurant in Waterloo?

I used to love eating the buffet at Tien Hoa, the place has been missed!

The Tien Lee Restaurant in Elmira is owned by the same family who owned the Tien Hoa. I still know the Lee family (went to high school with their kids) and could possibly find out if they have any photographs that could be scanned.

I also have fond memories of family meals at Tien Hoa. As a funny memory, I recall the family piled into the car to leave and as we pulled out of the parking lot onto Bridgeport Road, we were sideswiped by a passing car. Mom screamed, first in fear, then at my father for not looking! haha The police came, an accident report was made and it made for a very exciting Sunday afternoon!

I remember this restaurant, it was a great place to go to, but they changed it into a Shoppers

BTW I hope Mr Lee and his partners owned the land on which the restaurant was built. If so they must have made a considerable return on all the sweat they put into running the place for so long. I also hope they enjoy a long and healthy retirement.
