Mansion Lofts

Dating back to 1913 the building was originally constructed for the Breithaupt Leather Company. In 1920 the Greb Shoe Company purchased the building, where it manufactured the world's first fully waterproof workboots. In 1956 The Dominion Electrohome Company purchased the building. From the mid 1970's the building became home to various Canadian Furniture manufacturers. Haastown Holding (Kitchener) Ltd. has restored and converted this historical building into unique and authentic loft style condominium units. The Building now consists of 4 storeys of restored heritage structure and 2 additional storeys of new construction on top.

A retrofit of 4 stories of an existing industrial building with a 2-storey addition located in Kitchener, Ontario. This 52 suites loft style project also included 4 custom townhomes with garages. The project was occupied in February of 2006.
