About the show
Rogers TV’s award-winning architecture series, Structures continues its look at the stories, people and history associated with some of the most intriguing landmarks and buildings in our region.
Each week, Mark Paine takes you on a captivating journey through local structures, exploring the rich history behind the architecture and the compelling stories of former occupants. It’s a spellbinding half-hour look at how our local buildings have played a significant role in shaping our local culture and heritage.
This season, Structures explores the eclectic mix of heritage homes in the Albert MacGregor Heritage District in Waterloo; St. Mary’s Heritage District and KCI in Kitchener; the Penman Buildings in Paris, including Penmarvian; and Ker Cavan and St. George’s Anglican Church in Guelph.
