Sad to see the "whats new" tab is gone. Made it really easy to pick up where I left off.

Is there another way to get to that page?

It is now just "New". Same functionality, more brevity, less real estate to click on.

Good catch, my bad.

I don't think it's the same functionality. It doesn't actually identify things that are new, at least to me.

I also wish there was a better way to track new posts. Other forums have a per-thread new messages pointer, but vBulletin doesn't seem to have one. Instead there just seems to be a "last read date" which applies across all posts, so if you read thread X but want to keep thread Y unread for later, you're out of luck. Anyone know anything about that?

It's not intuitive, but there is this.

Yeah. That often doesn't appear on the "New" page (it did for this thread, but it seems to appear less often). It's still not quite ideal thouogh, since it's not per-thread.

It was just a phrase shortening to use up less space on the navigation bar. The Blogs button was also moved into the about section. These changes were done to make room for a more prominent position for the Urban Reward Points (also shortened to just Points on the navbar).

The functionality shouldn't have changed as a result, but give it a few days and report any errors you're encountering. The "New" page also needs to be redesigned eventually, so I'll see what I can do to make it easier to get to the last unread post.
