Fantastic article!!

I've always wondered what this building was like inside. It's hard to tell from the outside. It'd be nice to see a bit more landscaping done out front.

It'll be interesting to see if it gets a heritage distinction. And how the future heritage units on Queen St. will work within the context of the city's Mixed Use Corridor plan for Queen St. South
