We have grown from 42,000 sq ft to approximately 132,000 sq ft. and are now working out of four different buildings spread over 10 acres of land. The new Collision Centre is being built and is scheduled to open in the spring of 2011.

The Heffner automotive story began on September 1, 1960, when Mr. John Heffner Sr. opened shop on a small lot on Breithaupt Street in Kitchener. After a few years, the business moved to King Street East, across from Rockway Gardens, where it was located for 25 years.
John Heffner Jr. & Willy Heffner began working with their father while still quite young, and became involved on a full-time basis after graduating from university.
In 1987 John Heffner Sr. and his sons moved to their current location, and in 1990 they welcomed the addition of Toyota's new line of luxury automobiles, the Lexus.
When you come to the dealership you will find a 12,000 sq ft Used Vehicle Centre and the 64,000 sq ft Toyota dealership and service department. The Toyota building features spacious showrooms, larger, more comfortable waiting areas, customer work centers with internet access, and a café. Now complete the entire dealership covers over 130,000 square feet of building on close to 8 acres of land, which makes it one of the largest Toyota dealerships in the country.
