Weber and Erb

What's up with Weber and Erb? There is a big open space of just concrete that I can never remember having any development on it. Does someone own this land and isn't doing anything? It seems like a great place to see some development... what should be done with it?

I remember it being a used car lot at one point.

That lot used to be the former Waterloo Toyota dealership lot before they moved out to Northfield and the Expressway. Hakim Optical was the dealership building.
