This be a big one. I would try to make it smaller. But redesigning any of these routes would greatly effect any of the other routes that are part of this redesign.

So! How would you redesign these routes?

Notes:

I have included the route 12 proposed change for later this year in the blank.
Remember the new Fischer-Hallman Express route will be running through here. Most likely stopping at Highland Hills.

1. Route 25: I do not feel that this area is dense enough to facilitate splitting the route here. Also one way buses are very confusing.
2. Route 25: Yet again removing the one way bus. The change here is to make it two way as it goes along Driftwood, Yellow Birch, and Highview.
3. Route 25: Change Sunday and Evening service to full service and run along Rolling Meadows
4. Route 24: Discontinue. As the slight redesign of route 25 is very close to route 24 I would promote discontinuing it. And with the extra money from it increase peak times on route 25 to 10 minutes and mid-day and evening service to 20 minutes.
5. Route 2: Having route 2 run down Courtland would: a. Keep it off Mill St and keep it from having to make the horrible turn from Queen onto Mill. b. Have it run along the same route as the route 11, route 8, route 3, and route 22. This would be help with transfers without using Charles St.
6. Route 2: Make this service extension permanent
7. Route 2: Get rid of the one way.
8. Route 19: Get the route to take over route 20's service extension.
9. Route 20: Remove the service expansion and get it to run straight to Highland Hills.
10. Is this a mistake by the GRT.

So I started fixing up the routes mentioned above, but then I got carried away and started modifying all of the bus routes in the KW Service Area. Keep in mid that these routes are all based on the current "Hub/Spoke System" and not the future "Grid System".

Anyways, for the area mentioned, I eliminated route 20 (which would be used on a 'Victoira North' bus to Breslau), and added a branch to the 19.
19A: Highland Hills Mall to Charles St. Terminal
19B: The Boardwalk to Charles St. Terminal

For route 2, I took it off Spadina and Mill and it would travel the length of Stirling, the up Charles to the Terminal. Route 22 would replace the 2 on Queen/Mill.

And for route 24/45, with so many route options, I still can't think of one for the area.

Haha, wow you did get a little carried away.

I like the way you changed the 19. I was thinking of pushing it from Fischer-Hallman/Victoria up University to the boardwalk then down Ira to Highland Hills.

Also, are you proposing moving the 12 back to Fischer-Hallman?
